Converted back to speed density, it works

For those of you that I spooked with the idea of converting, I'm back. I could not get the mass air to work. So I came back to old faithful. Well it wouldn't work either??? When I finally figured out why, I know now that the mass air would have worked, it was the same problem. Anyway I went for a drive, I don,t know what happend but after about 6 miles of crawling along, It felt like it had a little more power. I got on it and it ripped! Finally after two months of trial and error my car is running. Now I have three camaros to go find and show them just who this town belongs too.

Thank GOD!!!

I so much was hoping you would get it running again with the speed density.I always get a kick outta seeing responses of people saying"no,if you change this, this and this, your gonna have to switch to mass-air" Well, there are people who prove otherwise http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...rd/biggrin.gif

Let us know how bad you beat those Camaros also http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...rd/biggrin.gif

The problem, was me. Their is a blue wire at the starting soleniod that powers the fuel pump and the fire. Well I have changed all of the factory stuff and put two power blocks on the fender well. Where the battery used to be.
I had put this blue wire on the neg. block. It goes on the pos. go figure? Well any way I learned somthing new. When I get all the nick nacks done. I will track test S/D -vs- Mass Air.
Me and the IROC hung out today. He didn't want any (niether did I, but he don't know it). We sat at a local hot spot and enjoyed all the looks. It was a wonderful sunny day, 70+ and clear. People were out. A couple of street rods pulled up. The crowd didn't give them a secound look, Boy that made me feel good. Every one likes the new paint.
