car cutting off
i have a 92 mustang GT 5.0 and i have had this same problem before, it cuts off when I start it. the last time this happen i put fuel injection cleaner in it but this time it dont seem to be working. any ideas on how to fix this??

If it dies immediately after the first start in the morning then will start and run fine after wards, it may be the Barometric pressure sensor. Another possibility is the Idle Air Bypass valve being clogged and need cleaning. The IAB is a common problem but its symptoms are usually the car not wanting to start with repeated attempts or will not idle without pushing on the gas (also likes to stall with AC/Defrost on).

My car does this too, it seemed to have started ever since i advanced ignition timing, or like he said above the barometric sensor.

try cleaning the AIB first..is it cold where u are now..i know me and my buddies dont run an AIB and AGR on the TB and it took some tuning to get them to idle in the winter..
