My guys (Loading dock employess) are going to start thinking my ......You know.....My door swings the other way or something. They dont understand, when your the boss, you have to weigh and consider matters like closely and with a level mind. Or else you'll wind up Fired, unemployed, and handed papers to a lawsuit. Not exactly what I need.
I'm going to have to get to know her a little more to see if I can trust her. So far my Gutt (Instincts) hasnt given me any kind of warning or feeling. I'm not going to let a pretty face....and pretty body....and pretty eyes....and pretty hair....and.....Oh yeah, I'm not going to be fulled.
