First off, don't drive it. The main damage would be to the clutches. The clutch material doesn't like water. If not driven, you may be able to save it.

Pull the pan and drain the fluid. Drain the torque converter. Refill it and run a few minutes and drain it again. Refill it a second time and hope for the best.

If it slips or acts up, you will probably have to have it pulled and gone over.
