Default Will I be able to make 490- 500rwhp with what I have?

I all, heres the plan, I am trying to pull approx.490- 500rwhp with most of the parts I have now, however there will be some changes.
Currently the car is making 464rwhp with D1SC 9psi, 3 core intercooler, Gt40X heads with 58cc, E303, Magnaflow catback, hooker equal lengths, pro-m75, 65mm throttle body, MSD 6AL, autologic software, and some fuel system parts.
I am planning on having the GT40X heads fully ported, possibly by Ed Curtis or TEA, along with opening up the combustion chambers a little for what I hope to be a half point reduction in compression, add a 70 or 75mm throttle body, match port the lower cobra intake, install a better radiator to keep the car cooler, hopefully around 170ish degrees from the 185 now, and a billet flywheel with the new spec stage III clutch I will be installing.
I am going to keep the same pulley on the blower that I am seeing 9psi with now, so I will probably be seeing around 7psi when its all said and done.
Will I be able to make 490- 500rwhp or gain 25-35rwhp with 7psi, with the heads ported, match ported lower, and a few other small tricks?
thanks
Dan
