tireburner163, you can re-tap the hole and get a slighty larger bolt with a washer it's better than buying a oil pan , we do it at work all the time, just as long as the new bolt is the same length. it work's use a plastic or cork type washer, i had to do it on my old 69 just get a magnet and try to get any metal shavings out of the hole. good luck.
