Thanks for the reply Dustin. I hope your right, that I will be able to see 490. Well, what I meant about the boost is, I will def. be seeing less than 9psi since I will have everything ported, my guess is I will be seeing around 7, maybe 8 tops. But, I know what you mean about still flowing the 9psi of boost, but basically seeing 7 due to less back pressure.
I guess with you seeing 25hp on a N/A combo with just porting is pretty good! If I got 25 from the port of the heads and intake I'd be happy, then if I can keep the car cooler with a radiator, and step up a size or two on the TB, I should be able to make up the 5-10hp or so.
Also, I was under the impression that a billet flywheel would actually add hp, due to less rotational weight?
