I don't know the right fuel pressure settings because I haven't tried 30's or even 24's myself. But I'd guess you'd have to crank the pressure up to about 48-49 psi with 19 lb'ers.

Why do people respond to questions with an answer that they don't try to explain? I think its because they heard that somewhere and automatically praise it as the truth that can't be bent. Why exactly would the 30lb injectors be to big? if you turn the pressure down, the 30's will be fine. This way you won't run into any drivability problems with the 24's either.
There isn't a set graph to go by to tell you exactly what injectors you need. I know that 19s are supposed to be good up to 350hp. So does that mean that at 349 your 19's are fine and then at 351 they're not? No. There is an overlap, and I believe you will find yourself in an overlap that the 24's AND the 30's will be fine. Plus IF you do decide to go with nitrous or a blower eventually, then you'll be much better off with the 30's. IMO the 24's for any car are a waste of time/money.
