One, the main thing I'd look for in a fuel rail is that it wasn't made by Excessive. Hehe. But seriously, first thing I'd do would be to make sure the bolt patterns line up on the intake. Second, compare it to a stock fuel rail. Make sure that it's even bigger than the stock piece. Check for any obvious flaws as well...like nicks and dimples in the metal. Just use some good judgement and common sense.
