my edelbrock catalog says the 6032 is "50 state street legal".
it apears to be identical, except for the rocker arm mounting method.'
dont be afraid of th epedestal mount heads, work great, can handle large horsepower, accept stock style rockers arms, etc...really nothing wrong with the 6037 for most street/strip applications.
