That numbers lining up perfectly is a bunch of bull-crap, dont believe it.
Ive had 10 cars, and I dont think any one of them had perfectly lined up numbers.
You should be able to tell from the engine compartment the difference between 42K and 142K, as well as the other areas mentioned. If its clean, the engine is clean, and it runs good, go for it.
