I really don't think you need an ignition, at least not yet, with a NA motor the factory unit will suffice. Why do you want to go 12's with 3.08's? I just swapped out my 3.73's for 4.10's tonight to get my heavy sled up and running, I also replaced the clutch pack in my rear, so I should cut 1.8 60's now, if I don't something is wrong. My posi was so bad that I had broken off all the clips on the disc in the rear! I'm lucky it didn't lock up on me. I got my AFR heads last night, now I'm just waiting for my FTI cam and FMS RR's. Keep me posted as to how you do. I'm going to the track sunday, hopefully I'll knock out a 13.7 with some luck.

What are your cam specs? Those AFRs are badass, but I couldnt pass up the deal I got on the X heads. I probably don't "need" the 6A, but I'm sure it'll help a bit..it's just sitting in my living room right now. I think I need more spark and less fuel in the mornings when I start it for the first time. The heads probably raised my compression to ~9.5, so more spark couldnt hurt :-). Man I wish I had some drag radials to I wouldn't have to get those shitty 2.xx 60 ft times. The 12s with 308s is just a goal I set, and they'll be nice when I drive up to cleveland in may for the summer. I'll probably swap em out up there. My intern assignment for ford got changed from dearborn to cleveland :-(. I was pissed, but I'll be closer to the east coast event. Are you planning on going? I'll try my hardest to make it, and I'll be pretty close to that *** backwards Massey up in WV :-P. Take it easy man.
