MM&FF just did a great article on the very brake swap this month. You shouldn't need the control arms or ball joints, just the struts. The difference in the ball joints is that the older ones are a bit taller, but they said that shouldn't be a problem. Just be sure to use the cotter pins. I was planning on doing this brake swap myself. Be aware that this will push the rear wheel track out 1.5", and I think the front as well but I'm not sure how much. Will the 99' and newer calipers bolt up just the same? ~Chris~
