Depends on what engine it is? V6 V8 and if V8 is a damn 255? I would say 400 for engine trans and the engine has low miles and is fresh it's a good deal. I would put it all in as a unit. Some more info on the car would be great so I could steer you the right way.
as in 78 hatch or notch what engine was in it and what your putting into it.
