kdog, I can sympathze. Some years ago,I was faced with the the same problem. Then it was local bullitan boards rather than the net, but it was still similar, only more local. Might have been even worse as we had strange people showing up at the front door that my 13 yr. old son had invited over.
What a 13 yr old might hear is ......what can I say?.....inevitable. You might want to review what is available in the classics. "Paradise Lost", "The Holy Bible", "Catcher in the Rye", and many other works.
The Thesaurus is very helpful in finding similar words to be used in a paper. Not too useful in screening words for others to use.
Many years later, my boys (men now) have heard all those words now and it's not hurt them as far as I can tell. TEACH YOUR'S VALUES AND LET THEM GO on to learn on their own. That's my advice.
