Alot here is going to depend on your heads and your cam. These will make it or break it depending on your intended use of the car. Also header choice will have to fit in with the heads and cam. There are really too many unanswered questions to make a power estimation.
Try to figure out what you want the car to do, and then design the whole thing with that in mind. You really do need a comprehesive plan so that you don't have to replace parts that you've already bought
