neons can be cool if used on the right vehicle.........i'll explain.............i used to know a guy in tucson that had a 69 cadallac hearse........the thing was all origanal ,bone stock with the origanal faded black paint,......he put green neons under it,in the wheel wells,and in the back where the body goes........... that thing was totally creepy when the neons where on........we called it the ghost hearse..........great for turning heads cruising........looked like this old glowing hearse coming for you from the depths of the supernatural......
other then a hearse i don't really go for that look
