I was planning on running some Firestone Firehawks. I believe Craig ran some 12 second passes on his Drew. He is the guy that gave you the hell ride in the maroon vert. They are VERY sticky tires for a street car, and killer in the curves.
I've decided to not go with the drag setup. I am going to set the car up for the curves. It'll still hook good because I plan to get a torque arm and panhard bar from either Griggs or Maximum Motorsports. It may not be getting me any 1.4 60' times, but at least I won't have to worry about having to slow down to 35 mph on the way home just to take a few corners.
The more I look at that last pic the more I realize how bad of a Photoshop job I did on that one. I need to work on that a bit.
