2 points to consider:

1) Try exactly what Rev is suggesting. Don't stop until it fires or the battery nearly dies. Eventually it will catch. Just make sure you don't pump the pedal. Just put it to the floor and crank it over.

2) The Holley 4010 only has accelerator pump and power valve gaskets as places it could leak.
