I had the same problem when I did my intake swap. It turned out that the system just took about (believe it or not) a week to burp all of the bubbles out! I was adding a little about everyday.
Now it seems to be O.K., although I havent driven it in 3 months (in storage).


Hmmm, I never thought about that. I did change the Intake because I had to put a new timing chain. The car does run cool. This has been going on for 3 weeks now. The catch can is ok, and the oil is fine. NO LEAKS NOWHERE. I'll wait and see if it was just the system burping all the air pockets out.
