The heads should come assembled with 7/16" studs, so you need some new rockers. Everything else just bolts on. The emissions stuff is already drilled in the back of the head, and any header that works on a OEM 302 head will work on the Windsors.
Now, if I remember correctly, there are some threaded plugs (hollow...threaded inside and outside with notches for a screw driver in the edge) that are in holes in the front of the stock heads. You need these. One of them mounts the big bolt used with the accessories on the driver's side. Be sure to swap 'em out.
Besides that, you may want to do some clean-up work on the heads. There's a pretty good amount of casting flash.
