I just put a floor jack about an inch under the A arm in the front and knocked the ball joint loose and let it hit the floor jack, then I slowly lowered the jack.
In the rear I stuck the floor jack under the control arm and slowlly lowered it down after removing the bolts it was a piece of cake.
I installed Edelbrock 1 1/2 inch drop springs so they were shorter than the stock ones and easy to put in
Installing the new springs is definiately harder than removing the stock ones MAKE SURE TO GET THE ENDS OF THE SPRINGS POINTING THE SAME WAY ON BOTH SIDES OR YOUR CAR WILL SIT CROOKED...
The rear is too easy its the front that will give you a lilttle trouble putting in your new springs.
