I'm really not sure on that one. My guess is you have a set of the marine spec heads. If my information is correct, the only difference between the marine head and the cobra head is the additional milling and pushrod clearancing done on the cobra, so it should bolt up just fine. I can't find any references about the thermactor passages in my resources, however.
I'd talk with a builder and see if they can tell you anything.
