What you can try doing is looking locally at the wrecking yards for a 94-95 V-6 or GT front brakes and rear end. The
should be pretty easy to find.
The GT and V-6 brakes are the same in the front and rear. This will give you the spindles hubs and 10.5" disks.
You can then see if you can find someone who is upgrading from Cobra 94-up brakes, and buy the calipers, rotors, and brackets separate.
For the rear, a GT rear end will bolt right in, if you wish to do that.
For the V-6 stuff you will need to swap all the parts to your housing. This is because the V-6 rear has a 7.5" non-traction-loc ring gear. The axles, endplates, brakets, calipers and rotors will all bolt up into your housing. Because of this, the V-6 rears may be much cheaper at a wrecking yard.
The difference between the cobra rear and she standard is the axle endplates, rotors, and pads (thinner) They used the same calipers and brackets as the V-6/GT cars.
