OK, here goes.

Get the new gas tank, installation kit with new filler hose, clamps, etc. Get a new fuel guage sending unit also. Get some flexible fuel line, 2 ft. maybe, and clamps. Get a new hard line , tank to fuel pump. Get new hard line fuel pump to carb. You'll need some new clip retainers that hold the hard fuel line to the underside of the the drive shaft tunnel. It's really not so difficult after you see how it all goes together. You can get all this from your favorite Mustang parts supplier. The only tricky part is to make sure you get the sending unit with the O-ring seal installed right so that it doesn't leak when you fill up with gas. My advice is the put in a few gallons at home from a gas can and look to make sure there's no leak before filling up at the gas station. The reason I say this is because I made that mistake and it was a mess. Good luck with the installation.
