7000RPM- its pretty comonly known fact that by walking or doing any aerobic excersize it helps speed up your matabolizum and makes you digest food quicker and use the nutrients more efficiently. Also i was saying to use the walking with the lifting because that will give you results quicker. I'm not like a dietary physician or anything but i've gotten myself into pretty good shape from running and lifting. I have been running for 4 years now and i'm 6'2 180 lbs.
