For that year 302 the flywheel has a difference balance weight than the 351 so it can't be used unless it is re-balanced. Harmonic balancers also won't interchange. The longtubes won't work either due to the difference in deck height of the two motors. Sounds like you would have to use the shorty's. Don't forget that the distributors are different too.
