Nah, havent checked the attic yet, and I"m sure as hell not gonna do it at night!!! Actually my attic is clear on the opposite side of the house. The roofline over my livingroom divides the fireplace/attic and it goes clear to the top story. Open concept. Whatever it is is DEFINETELY IN THE FIREPLACE! I hear it now. But, yeah, i need a gun. I'd just like to have one...
But whatever it is.... I do hope he comes out unharmed!
BTW: When Chimney Sweeps catch critters in the chimney, how do they do it? How the hell do they get them out of there? Teargas? explosives?

Kinda like Bill Murray trying to get that cute little gopher in CaddyShack???? I hope not!!!!!
