just drain that and put in some used 5w20
anyway, this past summer I worked at a Ford Dealership's service dept and it was a pain in the butt changing oil on the ones that needed 5w20 because we didnt have a pump right there for it, I had to go get it out of a barrel and pour it in manually
I asked a few of the guys why they went to 5W20, and they said it was because Ford went to tighter bearing clearances.
I'm not saying this is completely true but its something to consider.
I believe the MPG comment more than that.
