gt40p heads are ok. theyre better than stock. they are cheap but usually come bare not assembled and require special headers. to me its wasted money since you cant really upgrade too much. it would be better to buy a set of windsor jr's which out perform gt 40 heads, are cheap and can be ported quite a bit if needed. and they dont require special anything.
