The bodywork and pre-paint preparation is coming along pretty nicely. The back 2/3's of the car is block sanded and ready to be sprayed except for the driver's side quarter panel. Check out the pics. Just did this tonight.
But since I'm paying for repairs on my crappy Nissan pickup and I bought a '88 Ranger it's really cutting the cash flow into the Stang. It's still going to get painted in a couple weeks, and the exterior will be finished for the most part, but the interior will not be finished as soon.
The parts for the fold down rear seat are very expensive, and I have to get new seat skins, dash cap, headliner, and a few other various parts. I'm still going to get the car driveable so I can cruise in it as soon as possible, but the interior's not going to be perfect.
I'll probably have to keep it out of the Rod 'N' Roll car show and cruise which is the first weekend of October unless I can get ahold of some more money before then!
