UPDATE:
Ford A/C delete, S-trim..
Installed same ps pump pulley as Drudis (thanks it did help
the parts guy said it was off of a thunderbird)... it also has a cobra wp pulley, stock smog pump, 1.75" overdrive 3g pulley, underdrive Vortech crank pulley.
With a belt that barely slides (wp has no lip) on (827k6?!?!) the tensioner can't be in the stock location or the belt will hit the wp. With tensioner re-clocked as close to stock as possible the belt is tight but not quite tight enough, it still squeals in 1st. under wot. He bought a 825k6 tonight..try later..
Possibly a non-underdrive crank pulley is the solution.
