The Novi is going to be much cheaper and you'll see results faster. If you have low miles on the 302, I'd go for the Novi.
The 351 option is tempting but what kind of time frame are you looking at? Would you have enough $$$ to buy most of the parts at the same time? The 351 will give you more options if you somehow get bored with it too
i.e. stroker...
If it were me, I'd go for the Novi. I like the idea of beating up on people and when they ask what you're runnin, you say "All I have is a little 302" Good Luck with whatever option you choose and don't forget us that are still stuck in the 14's!
