Hey, I think I just created a new High Performance Piece. I'm going to Market it and sell it to the ricers. Gotta make a cool sticker design though, or else it wont sell.
You see, the Vented Radiator cap allows pressure to vent allowing your water pump to TURN EASIER, therefore building about 30 RWHP. You can also add a whistle tube that builds an extra 5 RWHP by making this cool whistling sound.
