I think a Demon might be a bit much unless it was the 625cfm Road Demon. That carb looks bad @ss. Even a 625cfm carb might be a bit much on a stock motor though. I've got a Carter 625cfm on a Weiand Stealth with a fairly mild cam and it seems to work pretty well. I'd recomend a Stealth manifold no matter what carb you get. I'd look into a Holley 600cfm with vac. secondaries and an elec. choke for the street. That'd run hard as hell.
Crap...didn't see the part about Victor Jr. heads and the 10:1 comp. Go with the 650cfm and a Weiand Team G manifold.
