Question EFI + Supercharger vs. Carbureted + Supercharger/Nitrous

Basic scenario:
I am kinda planning on switching to fuel injection (and much other stuff, but the Windsor stays) and adding supercharger.
per cubic inch, I know I can get more hp/tq out of carbureted, but there are many advantages with going with EFI. Many of you guys know the advantages/disadv. of the two systems cause you've experienced both.

Basically, I need advice/input/opinions on my switching from carb to EFI. I will go with blower instead of nitrous and believe it does better with EFI (and is more common?)+ there are other advantages like hooking up computer system.
Have you seen the article in MM&FF about the Super Stallion? Well, that's the kind of setup I'm talking about.

Any and all input is appreciated. Educate me.
