A converter along with the drag radials will go a long way to improving your e.t. In addition to the converter, I would also change the exhaust. The most improtant piece in the exhaust is the h-pipe. The stock catalitic converters are very restrictive. I would look into an off-road h-pipe if you don't have to worry about emissions. If you have to comply with emissions, I would get a h-pipe with cats. There are a ton of exhaust companies out there so take your pick.

These things will get you close to a high 13. With a good 60 ft time, you might see a 13.9. The only way to find out is to go to the track and run it. FYI: I had an AOD GT (91) with just a converter and gears (3.73). It went 14.6-14.7 but with a crappy 2.2 60 ft time. If you can manage a 1.8-1.9 60' with the drag radials you will be close to that high 13 timeslip. Good luck!
