Here's what I had when I got into the 13's for the first time when it was still an AOD car, 13.99 as a matter of fact.

full exhaust, cheap tires, cheap stall converter (stalled at like 1800), 65mm TB, speed density still, ram air, subframes, control arms, 3.73's, pulley's. I think thats pretty much it.

Go for a PI stallion converter, they are expensive but WELL worth it. You may also want to think about 4.10's
