I take it you mean that the differential won't come out? Each diff bearing has about 0.006" of preload in it so it can be a bear to remove. Get the handle of a hammer or something in there and pry it out. If you truly mean that the pinion won't come out, even after removing the pinion nut then put the pinion nut back on about 5 threads (to protect the end of the pinion) and rap it a few times pretty good with a hammer. It'll eventually work free.
