A guy at the gift shop half-way up the mountain was telling me about the guy dying last year. I was watching the video they had playing showing some race footage from a couple years ago and noticed a couple Mustangs flying around the curves. It said one of them was the previous year's champion. I thought that was kind of cool

I forgot to mention that Garden of the Gods was really cool as well. Some of the most awesome looking scenery I have ever seen.

I was wondering... why do they burn the fields out that way? We saw miles and miles of grassy fields being burnt off. It was pretty amazing to see that much land charred from fire. I think most of that was actually in Kansas though.
