Actually, bogging at the starting line is not always a bad thing. As your sixty foot time indicates you eliminated the spinning out of the hole.
1BadCobra has a good point about the stereo equipment. All that stuff adds up.
Was your chip custom made on a dyno? Sometimes those off the shelf chips do more harm than good.
Keep tuning and practicing and the better times will come.
