Question performance clutch advise

In my aarticle "clutch problem" I stated that I needed to replace the clutch in my '95 Mustang GT with T-5. I have a couple of choices. King Cobra comes with pressure plate, throwout bearing, and disc for $200. RAM HD clutch costs $149 as does ZOOM. Then ZOOM has a multi-friction clutch for $209. RAM also has a powergrip kevlar clutch for $219. My questions are, what is multi-friction? What is the advantage of kevlar? Finally, which is the best deal of the four choices? Thanks.
