Unit! I personally have run down some big horsepower cars in my "Freak" escort. Acutally both of my cars have handed it to decent middleweights. I must say that lighter cars with less power have an advantage. Not to metion that you actually DRIVE your car.
There is a reason that Don Garlit is a drag legend. Not because his cars were freaks, or he was some godlike driver. A consistently good driver with a consistent car will consistently win. I also know those fox bodies are faster than people give them credit for being.
So go beat up on some LS1's, and put an end to all this BS. I thought this was a Mustang site for Pete's sake. What happened to the good old days where if you ran Ford's you never kissed Bowtie Behind??
