Me and my 2 friends were driving down Rt. 1 in Princeton. I noticed some HID lights on a sports car behind me. Looked behind and saw that it was a porsche. While we were approaching a red light, I thought to my self "I guess i'll show this guy how under rated his boxter is". I got to the light, fully stopped. He got to the lane next to me and was rolling about 5MPH. The light turned green, and we were off. 1st gear he pulled about 1/2 car length on me. I shifted from 1st to 2nd and noticed my car bogged down. SH*T, I had my traction control on!!!! We kept on going till about 75MPH, but he kept pulling the whole time, and put about 7 car lengths on me. I asked my friend how come I got beat by a boxter. He said "that wasn't a boxter, that was a carrera" Go figure.

Looked up stats on carrera:
2002 Porsche 911 Carrera, 0-60 in 4.9 sec, quarter mile 13.4 @105

The turbo carrera gets 11.9 sec in the quarter mile.

Now I don't feel that bad.
