It's been a VERY long time since my dating years(married going on 12yrs now) but I'll try.
What about a singing Teddy Gram, or maybe have it announced on a local radio station and dedicate a song to her. Or maybe rose petals on/in her car and an airplane banner? LOL Probably not enough time for that one. Or if time allowed, a billboard. Hope to have been some help.
