Unfortunatly a lot of us Holley intake guys are having this issue. I was going to relocate the pcv port to the bottom of the intake like the stock set-up, to see if that helps but then the oil will just burn in the motor instead of dripping out the TB. Some have just put extra long hoses on the PCV so the oil has to go further before it would reach the TB. I just went out today and bought a inline fuel filter like a carb car would use, I am going to install that tonight to catch the oil it cost me $2.50. While my motor was apart I took out my high volume pump and put a Stock volume in the oil in the TB has been much, much less so far.
JUST A FYI- When I talked to Holley tech, they told me to relocate it to the bottom and this is the advice they are giving people who call.
