I think I found an article that could help you. The founder of Mustang Monthly magazine had one of his cars featured a few years ago. It is a 65 Mustang convertable with all a modern 4.6 drivetrain and lots of mods that make the car a great daily driver. since I have no clue how to post a link to the article I will tell you hao to get to it. Go to mustangmonthly.com and click on search. select featured vehicles, then Ford, then mustang, then 1965. the first car in the list of articles it comes up with is the one you need to look at. There is a list of refrences at the bottom of the article. Call a few of these places an tell them what you want. They can probably help you out.
