The problem with mine appeared to be the fork was too long, but the geometry was off because of the ballstud being too short. It wasnt off 2 inches though, like yours is.

If you are using your factory SN95 fork with the bell that excessive sent you, I would say that is the problem. The SN95 transmissions have a longer bell, input shaft, and input bearing retainer. It could be the fork is longer as well.

What are you using for a driveshaft? Did you get yours retubed, or did you buy a spacer? I recommend getting the spacer.
