Do not fall for a bargain priced cam. Some of the grinds are awful and will not work well with your stock engine. Also, its a mistake to think you can install a cam and not change the valve springs. Valve springs are specific to a given cam profile. Here's what happens if they're wrong:

If they're too strong, cam and lifters take a beating and don't last very long.

If they're too weak, the valves float at higher rpm which can result in a blown engine.

Get a cam kit (with all the pieces) from a well respected cam manufacturer who has a good track record with Ford small block engines.
