definately remove the front sway bar, not only for weight, but to help weight transfer.
you can either get a short belt, or remove the belt alltogether if you are desperate for that last tenth or so. just take the belt with you and put it back on on the return road. (not recommended though)
I've heard of filing the tips of the spark plugs back to no more than halfway over the electrode of the plug, this reduces plug life but is supposed to be a decent gain.
running 1qt low on oil is another trick, not sure exactly why though
if you have a cold air intake that puts your filter in the fenderwell then removing your passenger side corner light makes for a free ram air type setup
I've always seen a consistent 0.05 faster ET after the removal of the passenger seat.
I've always wanted to try putting some small bags of dry ice in the airbox on the outside of the filter, that would sure make for a chilly intake charge, not sure if it would restrict flow too much though.
